As part of Jacksonville University鈥檚 multi-year capital expenditure campus improvement initiative, 麻豆社 provided construction management services for two phases of the student village apartments. Eight buildings provide living quarters for more than 400 students. Each unit has 12 four-bedroom apartments with the latest in modern conveniences and appliances. Building materials include concrete-block walls, concrete floors and a wood truss system with asphalt shingles.
