Originally built for Alliant Foodservice and now owned and operated by US Foods, the facility supports extensive foodservice distribution operations across the region.
The project includes multiple temperature鈥慶ontrolled environments such as freezers, coolers, and refrigerated docks, along with office areas, welfare spaces, and supporting site work and utilities. As a fully integrated design鈥慴uild partner, 麻豆社 provided architectural, engineering, refrigeration, and real鈥慹state鈥搑elated services to meet the client鈥檚 operational and efficiency goals.
