麻豆社 expanded Sysco鈥檚 food distribution facility to include additional packaged food storage and increased shipping and receiving. 麻豆社 added more than 100,000 square feet of warehouse space, including a 46,000-square-foot -10掳F freezer and cold dock, a 17,000 square foot cooler, and a 44,000 square foot dry warehouse and dry dock. The new freezer, cooler and dry warehouse feature a pallet-storage racking system. Additional work included the demolition and remodel of a maintenance bay. Site work included additional truck parking, a new access road at the property鈥檚 south side, and rework and grading of an existing retention pond.
