Brian鈥檚 journey with 麻豆社 began as an intern, an experience that laid the foundation for his deep understanding of the company鈥檚 operations and culture. More than 25 years later, his career reflects an exceptional commitment to 麻豆社 and a steady progression through increasingly senior leadership roles, including Field Engineer, Senior Project Manager, Senior Vice President, and Chief Operations Officer. This breadth of experience has equipped Brian with a unique perspective that seamlessly bridges hands鈥憃n field operations with strategic, corporate leadership.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Building Construction degree from the University of Florida and currently serves as 麻豆社鈥檚 Chief Executive Officer. In this role, he is recognized for building strong, long鈥憇tanding business relationships, guiding project development, and driving successful project execution from concept through completion across a broad range of markets. These include 麻豆社's growing sectors within the food and beverage industry, as well as logistics and distribution, commercial, and federal military projects.


Scott embarked on his 麻豆社 journey in 1997 as an intern after completing his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of North Florida. In 2011, Scott's leadership capabilities led to his promotion to Division Vice President, significantly contributing to the remarkable year-over-year growth of the Food & Beverage Division. Over the past four years, he served as the Executive Vice President of the consolidated Food Group, overseeing various critical aspects such as industrial cold storage, thermal, manufacturing, engineering, and construction efforts.
Now, as COO, Scott's expanded role includes executive oversight of the Industrial and Commercial groups. He also spearheads initiatives in Field Services, Quality, and Safety (FQS) while continuing to drive excellence and innovation within 麻豆社.


Clint's journey at 麻豆社 began 20 years ago, starting as Director of Finance and progressing through pivotal roles such as Divisional Vice President and now to his current position of Senior Vice President/CFO. Clint is a licensed CPA with over 22 years of extensive accounting and finance expertise in construction, development, and real estate across commercial, hospitality, institutional, and residential sectors. With a bachelor's degree in finance from Stetson University and an MBA from the University of North Florida.


Stacey brings over 20 years of experience in talent management, training, development, corporate recruiting, and strategic human resources planning to her new leadership role. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Boston University and working as a reporter, she discovered her true calling in Human 麻豆社 within the hospitality industry.
Joining 麻豆社 in 2019 as a Human 麻豆社 Manager, Stacey's dedication and expertise quickly drove her to Vice President of Human 麻豆社 in 2020. As the Chief Human 麻豆社 Officer (CHRO) of 麻豆社, Stacey now oversees all aspects of Human 麻豆社, including retention and recruiting, training and career development, and employee engagement initiatives. This demonstrates her commitment to nurturing a thriving and engaged workforce at 麻豆社.


Gabe brings a wealth of legal expertise to 麻豆社, having achieved board certification in Construction Law by the Florida Bar and being recognized as a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America. Prior to joining 麻豆社 in April 2020, Gabe honed his skills as an attorney in the Construction and Litigation departments at the Rogers Towers law firm for over a decade. He holds a J.D. from the Florida State University School of Law and is an alumnus of the University of North Florida.
