Â鶹Éç is proud to announce the completion of an innovative Italian meats and charcuterie production facility for Swift Prepared Foods, a subsidiary of JBS USA, and its Principe Italia brand. The $200-million, state-of-the-art facility in Columbia, Missouri, leans on cutting-edge automation technology, a one-of-a-kind curing process and more than 100 employees to produce millions of pounds annually of a variety of high-quality dry-cured meats, including salami, pepperoni, prosciutto, pancetta and coppa.

Â鶹Éç has completed its design-build renovation for Crown Bakeries in Smyrna, Georgia. The nearly $5 million project expanded manufacturing floorspace at the processing facility, tripled the research and development center by adding an innovation lab, and expanded employee welfare, offices and café facilities.

Associated Builders and Contractors has recognized Â鶹Éç with a 2022 National Safety Excellence Award. Neil Ross, Vice President of Safety, and Zach Mitchell, Assistant Corporate Safety Manager, accepted the award on behalf of Â鶹Éç’s Safety Team at the 33rd annual Excellence in Construction Awards March 16, 2023, in Kissimmee, Florida.
